During your grief time: • Ensure you are not disturbed • Sit quietly and think about your loved one • Keep the picture of your loved one in front of you. • Play music which he/she liked or which reminds you of them • Talk to them as though they were sitting right next to you • Cry if you feel like crying. • Take a register and Write a letter to them including any questions you have • Start a journal, a memory book or a photo book • Create a picture and story book with all your favorite photos
